Use of the service
You agree to use EchoResponse only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable telecommunications and consumer-protection regulations, including consent requirements for automated calls and messages.
Accounts & responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and scripts you provide, for obtaining necessary consents from your customers, and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will notify you of any pricing changes in advance.
Limitation of liability
EchoResponse is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
